On the upper floor is where the master bedroom is located with spectacular views of the lake and mountains, a full bathroom, next to it is a second bedroom "currently a gym", bathroom and jacuzzi, and it has a very large space or walk-in closet, these Two bedrooms connect to one of the two terraces of this mansion with more views of Lake Chapala.
Going down the stairs you will be in the dining room which, like the living room and kitchen, connects to the second terrace. To go from the dining room to the living room, there is in between a bar or bar equipped for any occasion that may arise between friends and family, passing the bar. This is the meeting room or room that you can also convert into a movie or video game room to spend time with the family with a service bathroom.
Guest House 1
With access from the main house through the living room, this guest house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen where you can take care of your views or rent them for a small income for your daily life or the maintenance of the house.

On the opposite side of these two bedrooms is the second guest house with independent access from the main house, it has a dining room and kitchenette.
At the back of the house there is a covered parking area for three vehicles, and a garage for two more vehicles.
